POLICIES:

IMPORT REGULATIONS:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that certain wood, stone, reed, glass, clay and grass items may enter their country. NO REFUNDS will be granted for items shipped but not accepted.

REFUNDS:

Although we take every care to properly pack our items, it might happen that an item do get damaged enroute. Should an item do arrive damaged, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund (shipping costs excluded), provided that the damaged item is shipped back to us, the cost of which will be for the buyer's account.

We do however choose robust products, or products which can be properly packed and the chances of damage are minimal.

We will not consider refunds under any other circumstances.

WARRANTIES:

Since all our products are made from natural substances, no warranties can be issued.

IMPORT DUTIES:

Where applicable, the buyer will be responsible for any import duties and other taxes.
