ANCIENT BHAMULEKE TRIBE RITUAL MASK (NIGERIA)

Hand carved in Nigeria.

This ancient ritual mask is used in the Bhamukele tribe's rituals. It is worn by the King's wife to hide her face from the tribe. It is absolutely magnificent, and make the most wonderful decoration on a wall, whether it is your living room, kitchen or office.

With the gradual Westernisation of the African countries, these masks are becoming very scarce and priceless.
